Terms and Conditions
1) Omkar Net Service & Microscan Internet Pvt Ltd are partner to provide broadband/ internet service in KANKAVLI and near by area.
2) Installation Charges are not for customer cable or any other material used at customer site. Its one time non refundable charges. Ownership of these material remains to omkar net services of any equipment or cable installed at customer end at the time of installation and after except customer router if he/she purchase separately.
3) Payments made towards Installation charges are non refundable under any circumstances In the event of non-usage of service for more than 2 months, reactivation charges of Rs 500/-will be applicable on renewal of service. In case user wishes to shift his connection to another location Omkar net services feasible area, Charges Rs 1000/- will have to be borne by User.
4) Service Package once renewed will not be cancelled or will not be refunds or compensation be made on paid charges.
5) Omkar net Service or his engineers are not responsible for any unauthorised use of customer internet or his wireless connection. Customer need to change his router wifi password parodically on his own responsibility.
6) If user or customer not renewed his/her plan or service within 90 days from the plan expired so we will consider that this user/customer is permanently disconnected and Omkar Net services team will remove all material (OFC/ Fiber cable, Patch cable, FTTH white box) from customer place (Home/Office etc.).
7) The Omkar net Services retains the right to withdraw or terminate the Service without notice in the event of:
a. Wrongful, malicious or fraudulent representation by the Customer in respect of the details required by the Omkar net Services for provision of services to the Customer.
b. Non payment of dues by the Customer in respect of installation charges, hire or purchase cost of router or other accessories, monthly subscription charges and/or fees, dishonour of cheque issued by the customer. The Omkar net Services reserves the right to levy penalty for cheques dishonoured, at the time of restoration of service.
c. Use of the services by the Customer for, or permission given explicitly or implicitly by the Customer, or negligence by the Customer leading to, illegal, malicious or immoral purposes.
d. Use of the service for gambling, solicitation, email attacks or denial of service attacks on any party or server, wilful transmission of viruses, malicious or nuisance emailing or messaging, diffusion of immoral or pornographic material, commercial fraud, breach of copyright, breach of law and/or other offences.
e. Damage to the Omkar net Services equipment or terminal apparatus provided to the Customer for enabling the Service.
f. Resale or unauthorised additional connections from the connection supplied hereby to the Customer.
g. Any breach of the terms of this Agreement by the Customer.
h. Any change or alteration in the Omkar net Services network resulting in inability to provide the Service to the Customer.
i. Complying with an order / request /direction from any Statutory/ Regulatory Government authorities.
8) If drop wire (cat5 or OFC – Fiber optical cable) or Patch cable is damaged due to rat bite or any other reason customer will have to pay for new cable.
9) If customer home router is damaged due to lighting, high voltage or water damaged router warranty will void and Omkar net Services or his engineer is not responsible for this damages. Router/ONU power adaptor has no warranty even it is new.
10) Broadband Service is powered by Microscan Internet Pvt Ltd.
Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at www.omkarnet.com operated by Omkar Net Services.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that has direct manufacturing warranty and service hence we are not providing any refund for product we are selling.

FREE Fiber optical Upgradation FTTH Installation to our existing CAT5/ Ethernet connectivity customers.
1. In free installation offer customer don’t have to pay installation charges.
2. He has to use his own Fiber Router ONU/ONT or need to purchase separately.
3. Customer who pay renewal payment in yearly mode or who is regularly renew his plan those customers are eligible for free FTTH upgrade.
4. Omkar Net Services will give free FTTH upgrade offer to customer who is feasible in area.
5. This free FTTH upgrade offer is valid for our existing customers who is on cat5/cat6/ LAN or ethernet cable.

FREE Broadband Installation Offer
1) In this Free Broadband installation customers don’t have to pay for installation charges if Omkar net services require less than 100 meters cable to connect from our nearest POP ( Point of presence )to customer router positions in his home.
2) If we need to use more than 100 meters of cable to connect from our nearest POP to a customer’s home router he has to pay regular Installation charges.
3) In this offer customers have to buy a Fiber router/ONU separately.
4) Customers are eligible for this offer who has registered for 30 Mbps yearly or higher yearly plan.
